Some of you may (or maybe you don't) know that I am finally graduating with my B.A. in Church and Family Ministries degree from God's Bible School & College!
The graduation ceremony is tomorrow morning in Cincinnati, OH so unfortunately, we actually won't be able to be in attendance.
I just wanted to share a list (Yes, in case you haven't picked up on it yet, I am definitely a list person!!) of memories from my time as a college student.

- Ms. V's dorm meetings! One in particular comes to mind: "You raise them up..." ...'nuff said!
- Lifelong friends!
- Student-led prayer meetings
- D-Groups!
- Donut Chapel!!!
- Working in the Revivalist Office
- Camp Meetings!
- Homecoming Fun
- Eden Park
- VIP Day! (This actually holds special significance though since it is when I met Daniel in person for the first time!)
- Phon-A-Thon!
- Chapel Services
- Mass Choir at I.H.C.
- Missionary Convention
- Lit Recitals
- Awesome R.A.s!
- Saturday Brunch - the only day that the orange juice and ice cream machines were on at the same time! ;)
- Choir (although, I could have gone without the weekly quartets!)
- Counseling classes!
- Wisdom Lit class!
- 7:00 classes! ...especially Conducting! Haha!
- Mr. Wolf's classes! I'm so thankful that I was able to get in on some of those! I definitely learned from the BEST!
- Speaking of Mr. Wolf's classes, I remember a particular Fine Arts Appreciation class at 7:00 in the morning. Mr. Wolf was talking about our music choices. Of course, me being the "rebel" I was, had just downloaded the "latest and greatest" popular music ringtone. Apparently, I had left my phone volume on full blast. It was my mother (or some other person who was up at such an ungodly hour!) calling! I remember that my phone was somewhere in the bottom of my bag where I couldn't find it! It finally stopped ringing...only to start ringing again! Apparently, my mother was really trying to get ahold of me! Mr. Wolf never batted an eye...and continued right on with his lesson! Needless to say, I walked out of the classroom and did not return for the rest of the class period! LOL!
- The music hall practice rooms!
- School picnics
- Mrs. Wolf's classes...I wish I would have taken them more seriously! For those who had the privilege of being in her classes, I hope you took good notes! So much good stuff there! Looking back, I am realizing that they were such practical assignments...not just "busy work!"
- I really appreciated how all the students came together when one of our own had passed away! There was a sense of unity that I had never experienced before! We realized how short life really is. We realized what truly mattered in life.
I have many other fond memories of my time on the Hilltop...but these are just a few of the memories that came to me this evening!
I am so thankful for all the life lessons learned. I'm thankful for all the friends made.
I'm thankful for all of the Spiritual issues settled.
I am very blessed to call God's Bible School & College my Alma Mater!
Here's to the Class of 2014!
God bless you all as you continue on in this new phase of life!
