To make these super yummy smoothies, add all ingredients into a
blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy!
Berry Cobbler –
1 Medjool date
½ cup almond milk
½ cup ice
½ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup gluten free rolled oats
2 T. chia seeds
½ tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. lemon juice
Green Tea & Chia –
1 cup brewed green tea
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup apple juice
½ cup ice
2 T. chia seeds
Chilly Cherry Slush –
½ cup frozen sweet cherries
½ cup applesauce
½ cup coconut water
½ cup ice

Sunrise –
½ cup grapefruit juice
½ cup frozen blueberries
